I have joined the Buchalter law firm in its Portland and San Diego offices, to assist in the development of the firm’s newly formed Professional Responsibility Practice Group.

This change will allow me to continue the licensure-focused work that I developed with Lynott Law, as well as enable me to do much more—in large part due to the breath of resources at my disposal. In essence, this transition facilitates my current practice and provides me with the capabilities to expand both the scope and variety of the services I can provide to clients.

Ms. Bevacqua-Lynott has more than 20 years of legal experience, the vast majority of which has been in attorney ethics and regulation.
She has extensive investigation and civil litigation experience, including significant first-chair trial experience.
Ms. Bevacqua-Lynott also offers a unique insight and expertise on ethics issues and professional obligations as a former long-time prosecutor in the Oregon State Bar's Disciplinary Counsel's Office.
